Keyboards - Bluetooth

After spending an entire day on my problem I have found that the Hub will not work properly.  I'm using 4.6 SetPoint and WinXP Service Pack 3 (however, I uninstalled and used Service Pack 2 with the same results).  If I want to connect another bluetooth device I enable the hub.  When I do this, the mouse and keyboard will not connect but other devices will.  When I disable the hub, the mouse and keyboard work just fine and they are connected in SetPoint but, I cannot connect other bluetooth devices.

Solution???

I guess I should have bought a different keyboard/mouse combination, I e-mailed tech support and haven't heard back in quite a while and nothing on the board here either.

Logitech just lost my business and my sphere of influence will hear the tail of Logitech's unresponsiveness.
