Keyboards - Bluetooth

Since the new Setpoint424bt was installed and working, everytime I re-boot my computer (Windows XP Pro) Windows Plug and Play trys to install the "new hardware" that it found ie: keyboard, mouse etc..  It doesn't cause any problem other than slowing down the startup.  Does anyone know how to stop this?
