MX 5500 Revolution without BlueTooth receiver

I just got the MX 5500 revolution keyboard/mouse combo. Can you use it without the usb bluetooth receiver? My laptop already has bluetooth. If so, is there a pin number or something on the mouse? How do I pair it?
