Hello, I'm trying to sync my MX5000 Keyboard + Mouse combo using Setpoint 4.6. The MX1000 Mouse works great with no problems, unlike the MX5000 keyboard. Everything goes well until I get to the "Confirm Keyboard Connection" of the process. Both the Keyboard and Setpoint screens ask for the keycode so I enter the keycode, I press enter, I then "Please Wait" as the blinking screen says. While I wait the Bluetooth HID gets installed, I hear the Windows disconnect then reconnect sounds. I then get sent back to the "Let's Re-set Your Keyboard" screen for 3-5 seconds before it automatically jumps to the "Confirm Keyboard Connection" screen. I then have to enter the keycode again, restarting the whole process, again and again and ..... I have downloaded and reinstalled the Vista32/Setpiont 4 times now (will try again after this). I know they are communicating because the screens mimic the keycode entering process. I also tried to sync the keyboard through the Windows Bluetooth Device Wizard. Everything goes through successfully, "Passkey Enabled", but when I try to type with the keyboard the keyboard screen says "No Connection". Something must be wrong and I'm just not as tech-literate as I'd like, to figure it out. So, I noticed a few others having similar issues and was hoping that a solution was available. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
