Suprise suprise, no reply from logitech about the defective products as mentioned before. I think its testament to the poor customer service they are providing regarding this issue (in my case anyway)! I don't think that is unreasonable to request some sort of a reply in this matter out of courtesy if nothing else.
Legal proceedings will be engaged against Logitech to get a full refund on product. This level of service is simply unacceptable!

My replacement diNovo mini actually still has the lag/connection loss issue. It is less frequent, but it's still there, which shows that LT have not solved the problem yet or at least don't have the fixed version in stock in Europe. I'm considering requesting another replacement or a refund.
