Updated, it did work for some time, but about two days ago, It went crazy under XP. Can't finish secure setup of diNovo desktop, always restarts

I think the problem is that unlike in Vista, there is a button "retry connection" or something like that, that gets pushed when the sorry customer presses the "ENTER" after typing in the secure code.

Of course, everything worked prior to this, but now, my expensive diNovo is not more functional than a 5$ keyboard. If I try to setup the secure connection to use the extended functionality, I can't complete it and subsequently the keyboard -not being authenticated- cannot be used. It won't pass any button or state to XP.

Way to go, Logitech, unless you fix this, you lost another (business) customer in all other fields as well!

To turn off secure mode (which works without SetPoint, and before logging-in if needed):

1) Press Ctrl + Alt +F12

2) Press connect button on the receiver

3) Press connect button on the keyboard

4) Press escape key

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't know wether it was this or my upgrading even further to the beta 4.70RC203j (found on ftp with the older ones) was the solution, but it worked. I just hope this won't happen again. I did try downgrading, but 4.24 somehow didn't support the mediapad.

I have now fresh install of Win XP SP3 and with my Combo MX5000 all is ok but... Setpoint 4.6 set all my num pad keys strangely - in any game, any keys is visible as numlock - reason: i can't use my num pad keys in games. Can anyone help me what can i do? where i can setup this? - Now i unninstalled it (setpoint), and numeric keys still not work correctly in games. Please correct this...
