Keyboards - Bluetooth

Every now and then (once every 2-3 hour) my keyboard freezes for 5-10 seconds. This is not a connection issue in the sense that it just stops working and you need to pres the reconnect buttons. Sometimes it never "un-freezes" so I need to turn it on/off. I use this keyboard for gaming so it is annoying, to say the least. Also have a logitch bluetooth mouse that never has any problems. Vista 32-bit OS.

Been searching the forums but can't find any solutions. Pretty sure I have the latest drivers, anyway, this problem has existed for a long time so don't think it is directluy a dtriver issue since I have been updating them regularily- Anyone witnh the same problems?

How do you "turn it on/off"?

Haven't you reported the problem to Logitech support?

Upper right edge has the on/off switch

Come on guys, of course I've turned it on/off - I even wrote that in my initial post!

The thing is, this is not your "normal" issue where the keyboard hangs once in a while - mine does too, but I can live with that, it is after all a wireless device.

This is more like it freezes for like 5-10 seconds and then works again. And it's the frequenzy of it that is irritating, it happens like every 1-2 hour.

I have not reported it to logitech support, I guess because my demands of stbility is lower in a wireless device..I was kinda hoping some logitech people actually read these posts so i could get some advice of whether it is a OS problem, driver problem or actual hardware problem..

Hi,

This could be caused by wireless interference. Try moving the USB receiver to other ports (away from your computer's power supply or hard disks)/
