trouble with my bluetooth

i just got a mx5000 k&m bundle and the bluetooth software that i installed with setpoint doesnt recognize that the bluetooth dongle is a bluetooth device. i can still use the keyboard and mouse but i cant connect any other bluetooth devices with it.

whats wrong?
