Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

 My mother's friend recently moved, she did not want most of the stuff, so left it behind and said that we could pick whatever we want and keep it. I was searching through the stuff and found a Logitech Wave keyboard. But it is missing the transmitter thing that plugs into the PC (sorry, but I don't know the official term for it). Anyway I could get a new one for the keyboard or is the keyboard just junk now?

Please provide the M/N and P/N, usually located on the bottom of the keyboard or inside the battery compartment.  With this information we can determine what receiver will work with your keyboard.
