Compatibility of keyboard and mouse to windows 8.1

I have a Logitech Wave wireless keyboard, model K350 and a wireless mouse model M510. Do you know if either of these are compatible to Windows 8.1 - or can they be modified?

Re: Compatibility of keyboard and mouse to windows 8.1

Logitech has yet to acknowledge the existence of Windows 8.1. All it will talk about is Windows 8. Your system is supposed to work in that:

Logitech - Wireless Keyboard K350 & Performance Mouse MX Bundle

M570, Cordless Trackball | Cordless Trackman Wheel | T650 Touchpad | M235
K800, K480, K360, K340 keyboards
Webcams HD Webcam C625; QuickCam Pro 9000 | H600 headset
SetPoint: 6.67.82 | Driver version: 5.90.41 | LWS 2.51
Windows 10

I have nothing to do with Logitech, I'm just another customer with time on their hands.
I try to help when the official team doesn't respond.

Re: Compatibility of keyboard and mouse to windows 8.1

After a falure of my K270 keyboard mouse compination I was advised by logitech Customer service to return for replacemnt due to product failure.  Replacment K270 had same problem, (number key pad not working), second call to support, now 5 days after original failure I was infomred that no Logitech Keyboards were compatable with Windows 8.1.

His advise was to not buy a Logitech Keyboard if I wanted to continue to yse with WIN 8.1.  Itwould be very useful if this information ws publically available on vendor (Amazon for example), web sites.

This eems like a critical problem for Logitech!

Re: Compatibility of keyboard and mouse to windows 8.1

Totally agree. After upgrading from Windows 7 to 8.1 the KB350 drops so many keystrokes it cannot be used and the Anywhere MX mouse periodically does not respond. Considering how long 8.1 has been out, this is both ridiculous and unacceptable.
