Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I just got a brand new DiNovo for notebooks keyboard.  I pluggedin the dongle and turned on the keyboard -- next, proceeded to install Set Point 4.8

The keyboard is unresponsive except for the keys J and H

IS there anything I can do to re-install ther drivers?  Or something?

Hi,

Please try reconnecting the keyboard. If its possible, please also try using the keyboard with a different computer to verifyif it is a hardware problem.
