Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I have my new G15 v2 KB but the only thing that is on the LCD is LCD SCREEN SAVER....

In the manager app there are only 2 programs, profiler and scripting program..

how am i supposed to get media player, clocks, and other LCD features on?
