Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hi everyone

I just got this problem on my mouse

The problem is that the mouse wont turn on

Even with new batteries

Tried Using on my laptop

But the problem is not the software, its the mouse on itself

It wont turn on

It doesn´t even show the light on the top of the mouse behind of the wheel

i can turn on/off my keyboard perfectly but my mouse doesn´t show signs of life(XD sad but true )

Edit: My mouse seems to not support the unifying, i use the setpoint

If this is what you have, Logitech - Wireless Wave Keyboard & Mouse Combo MK550, it claims to be unifying

The unifying software is a one-off thing. Once you have linked the receiver to the hardware its job is done. You then use Setpoint to customise how the mouse and keyboard work.

If the mouse is dead, contact Logitech support to see about getting it replaced.

The problem its that i cant find the right version of the combo

My combo its the one before of the actual...

And i doesn´t support the new software

it only has two buttons down the mouse

One for Conection and another for the power

Maybe it´s dead

I hope i can get another

and i hope i can get it from logitech

On the box says 3 years of warranty

There should be model and part numbers in the batter compartment of the mouse, if you contact support they will help identify it.
