Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hot Keys don't work on my keyboard.  They used to.  Keyboard and mouse are fine otherwise.  New software looks like it's not available for Windows 7 for my product.  The software I have  ignores what I type in or doesn't respond to ^click to set the key.  The keys pick up whatever they want (or nothing).

Do you have Mouse and Keyboard tab when you open up Setpoint. What version of Setpoint are you running?

I don't have Setpoint.  I have Logitech iTouch software ver. 2.22.289.  I have a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium.

When you say it doesn't look like there is software available, is that because you have visited the product's support page?

If it is case of bin it or fix it, then you could just try retrieving SetPoint and seeing if it will work.

You can find versions of most Logitech software going back a decade or so on the FTP site:

ftp://ftp.logitech.com//pub/techsupport

My guess is that your device is very old. iTouch seems to have disappeared about eight years ago.

Thanks for trying to help.  I tried both versions of Setpoint but neither worked.  I assume that's because they're not designed for Windows 7.

The latest versions of SetPoint are certainly designed to work with Windows 7. That's what I have.

Whether or not they will work with older hardware is another matter.
