I just bought a mk120 mouse and keyboard pack to use with my computer.
I plugged it into the USB 3.0 slot originally and it worked out alright. But I want to use the USB 3.0 slots for my USB 3.0 Hard drives I have recently bought. So I plugged the keyboard into the USB 2.0 slot. But it doesn't work at all.
Can I get a fix for this?

Since the keyboard from your MK120 combo is working fine when you connect it to a 3.0 USB port, there's a chance that the 2.0 port may not be working properly. I would recommend that you try to make sure that the USB and HID drivers on your computer are up to date and to check if the port that you want to use works fine with other devices. You can also contact Microsoft Support for further assistance with this issue.
I hope that you find this useful Little_ninja, and that everything works out well.

Thank you for replying
The USB 2.0 port works with other devices, even the mouse and the drivers have been installed.
I tried contacting Microsoft Support, but cannot seem to find a solution.
Can you suggest anything else?
Thank you for your time.

I'm afraid that since the keyboard seems to be working fine, you should try to contact a computer technician for further assistance. This is because our knowledge base and support is limited to our devices and software.
I hope that everything works out well Little_ninja, best regards.
