Hi,
My girl friend and I have exactly the same issue about pressing alt+3 while holding w on our fresh new K260 combi keyboards. That is, if we are holding w (moving character forward in World of Warcraft) and press alt+3 (casting spell), it doesn't work. But it works if we do same to 1, 2, 4, 5...
Then we tried w+alt+3 on keyboards of laptops, all good in exactly same game setting. (It turns out not about setting of World of Warcraft at all)
Edit: I have setpoint version 6.32.7 installed on 64 bit WIN7. Issue remains unsolved.

Hello zerofantasy,
With most standard keyboards they have "ghosting". Which basically doesn't allow multiple key presses on the Keyboard. If you need multiple key presses I would suggest one of our Gaming keyboards as they have Anti-Ghosting.
Kind Regards,
