Hi,
I am having similar problem.
Keypad functionality is poor, suddenly keyboard send the keypresses even I am not using this device. Very dissapointing, confusing and unpleasant.
Normally Logitech devices are good on quality but this device is not providing quality, in particulary functionality is poor and that is something what Logitech should take seriously for product like this.
I moved back to Microsoft product.
Why Logitech is releasing products like this to market? Poor quality of product caused me unnecessary work, driving twice to shop and extra bureaucracy. Waste for me, waste for shop, waste for society, waste for Logitech. Waste for money.
Shame on you.

I just got the K250 but have the exact same problem as you guys. Worked fine for a couple days and now while gaming it will periodically lose connection and lag and then all of a sudden start working again. Seems to mostly do it while in games. I sent an email to support. I will post their response when I get it back.

me problem her
as you can see above, i was typing 'same problem here'. my keyboard is about 4' from the receiver though the back of the keyboard is pointed away from it by about 90 degrees.
i am also using an m705 mouse with the unifying receiver. i dont recall having this issue until i installed the mouse, but i could be wrong. the mouse itself is working flawlessly.
also the keyboard when it does type tends to be laggy. it either cant keep up with my typing or it will stop working then if i move it closer to the receiver, it's like some keystrokes were buffered and everything blasts out at once.

Did anyone ever receive a response from support on this? I have had the same issue with a K350 and M510 mouse combo. The mouse works perfectly, but the keyboard will sporadically stop responding for a few seconds.
Never had any trouble with a Logitech product before, so I have no idea if they are responsive on the support side.
Thanks!

I did get a response back but they just gave me the "run around", nothing useful. They are basically blaming it on interference from my router, cell phone, garage door opener, etc.
This is such BS. Do they ever look at their forums and see so many people having issues? It sounds like they are just sweeping this under the rug. I am dumping Logitech and going with a different brand for now on.

Actually, scratch that, I just found a USB extender cable and am going to try to keep it closer to the keyboard and see if this fixes it. I can live with it if it does because I really do love the keyboard. I will give it a week max and let you guys know as soon as I have the problem.

Well, using the USB extender about a foot away from my keyboard in direct line of sight, it seems to be working great without any problems. Been using it for about a week now like this.

This is a very helpful discussion thread - I now know it's not just me having a nightmare with this keyboard. I too bought the K350 and Performance MX mouse; in fact I bought a pair of each... and have been regretting it ever since. You'd think that having the little receiver plugged in to one of the PC's USB ports should be good enough for it to get a decent signal from the keyboard and mouse only 3 feet away... anyhow I've followed the advice about using the USB extender and will report back on whether that fixes things. I was pretty much convinced it was down to interference between the 2 sets of keyboards, either that or a problem with the driver/software since I've found that problems are more severe when the CPU is under load. Thanks again, Nige.
