I plan buying a K400 wireless keyboard to be used on my Philips 37PFL7606K/02. Can anybody from own experience give a feedback about the funktionality of this keyboard on the Philips TV? Like does the touchpad work (also multi touch), function keys, media keys, ...

The Wireless Touch Keyboard K400is designed to work with computers (i.e. Desktop or laptop), not with TVs. Connecting the keyboard directly to a TV isn't supported.
If you have a computer connected to your TV, you can use the K400 for input to the TV through the computer.
If you connect the K400 directly to a TV's USB port, it may or may not work. Check your TV documentation for information and support.
I hope this information helps.

But new Philips TV's are apparently designed to be used with almost any keyboard!
I have a very similar Logitech keyboard, the K520. I have simply plugged in the unifying USB dongle to one of the USB ports of my Philips 55PFK6309 TV. It has been immediately detected and the layout configuration message appeared. I have pressed Enter and that was all. The keyboard works well with Smart TV, and even from a distance of about 3.5 meters.
So, I am pretty sure that K400 would too, including the touchpad. Tomorrow I will buy a K400, reserving the K520 for my laptop again. K400 is smaller and has a touchpad too. I have just seen a German review video on YouTube about a Samsung TV and K400, where the touchpad was working well.
