Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I use performance MX Mouse with a unifying receiver everyday, and I recently came upon a K750 Wireless keyboard that i had not seen in along time.  I left it out in a well lit room for a few hours to charge, and attempted to connect it to my unifying receiver.  

When i turn on the keyboard, the red light flashes once, and the keyboard is not found by the unifying software.  I know the keyboard works in some way, because the green light lights up when I hit the check light key.

Is this a simple case of dead battery, or is te keyboard beyond help?

To be sure that the receiver you are attempting to connect the K750 is a Unifying receiver, please check for the orange logo.

I know this is an old thread but I still use and love this keyboard.  Since my solution was no where to be found on a quick Google search, I decided to sign up for the forums so I could post my findings.

When it wouldn't connect for me (though the PC detected the unifying receiver just fine), I just plugged into another PC.  The keyboard then connected and worked fine.  I moved it back to my original PC and viola, works like a charm.

Hey, that's a neat one. Not come across that before.

I guess it must have been something to do with the connection between the keyboard and the receiver.

Thanks for reporting back. Another trick to add to the repertoire.
