Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

hey, today i brought the logitech K750 solar keyboard and i downloaded all the softwares.

When i tried to connect my unifying receiver to my computer it wouldn't respond, it told me to switch it on-off and i did. I then waited and tried numerous of times but it wouldn't connect. After than i tried to look at the troubleshoots but couldn't find a problem. So, i am here to find help and does anyone has this kind of problem aswell? Also, can someone tell me why did i receive a unifying receiver and a USB in the package?

Hello chingy,

The K750 package contains:

• Keyboard
• Logitech Unifying receiver
• Wireless extender (this is used to bring the receiver closer to the keyboard)
• Cleaning cloth

As for the the receiver not being installed by the operating system, this can be caused by many things. Is your operating system up to date? Are you logged on as administrator? If possible please try the K750 on a different computer, this will determine if you have a hardware issue or a system specific issue.
