K800 delays

Hi there,

well, so I'm new to the forum and not native english, but I'll give my best :-)

So I have bought a K800 about half a year ago, but in recent times I noticed, there is a delay in typing. It looks like this:

I type: "Hello world, it's me"

And the message on the screen then says: "Hell  world, it  me"

It looks like it misses some letters and adds extra spaces, I have no idea why. Right now it works perfect, but sometimes the letters just don't appear as I type, and two seconds later you can see them pop out of nowhere, just as if you play a game that lags.

I have one Unifying Receiver and only this wireless keyboard, else I have a G400 mouse.

I run Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

And no, I don't have SetPoint installed because I don't need the functions.

Could anyone help me :-)

Re: K800 delays

Hi michsa1981,

Have you tried plugging the receiver into different usb ports?

It sounds like your keyboard might be having some issues.

Re: K800 delays

Hi,

well it looks like that worked :smileyvery-happy:

Is it OK for the receiver to be put into a USB hub? I know most prefer the USB ports directly on the MoBo, but all my USB ports are full ^^

Regards

Re: K800 delays

Great!

We don't support the use of USB hubs. It may not work properly using a hub.
