Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hello,

I'm very disappointed with this combo wireless Keyboard K360 + Trackball M570.

When I try to use the keyboard at the same time the trackball (like the 4 directions arrows on the keyboard and the right click on the trackball) after 1 or 2 seconds, the pointer freeze on the screen and my trackball or my keyboard seems disconnected unless I release all and wait few seconds.

With old keyboard desktop express and wireless trackman wheel  I never seen this.

I tried with One Unifier, with Two, Unifier on back usb port tower, on front, on usb hub, with the last Setpoint software and with removing all logitech software.

My wife use my old keyboard desktop express with M570 and don't have this problem.

All my computers working on Seven 64.

What can I do to solve this, unless using a big hammer on my K360.

These are unifying devices. Are you running them through one receiver? Or do you have both receivers plugged in?

If both, then maybe unifying both devices with one receiver would help.

To do this you have to "unpair" one of the devices from one of the receivers. Then remove the receiver and pair the device with the remaining receiver.

This may or may not sort out your problem. It will certainly simplify troubleshooting.

I have tester with only one receiver first, and after with two.

Same troubleshooting, when I press Up arrow and Right Click for few seconds, one of them stop responding.

Can't help much as I have no idea why anyone would want to press that combination. If it is something to do with gaming, then be aware that there are quite a few unhappy people here because various keyboards don't do what they want in games.

I can't see the fuss myself, and I do not want my devices to be tailored for games if it breaks other things. Are there any "Application specific" settings that you could try for the M570?

This combination is usefull and have some precision that keyboard alone don't have.

On all games with runing/straffing when I use keyboard and trackball at the same time I have this issue.

In other software, like photshop CS5, if I try to do something with the keyboard and try to continue the same with the trackball, one of them stop working unless I release all.

I think, unifier system with 2 devices is not the best for me, I must go back with my old keyboard and only trackball with unifier.
