I recently installed a new hard drive, and reinstalled the software for my Navigator Keyboard/Mouse and my Creative ZS Platinum Pro soundcard. I now have two volume bars appear whenever I use the keyboard's volume wheel. If I use the "Mute" button on the keyboard, the sound does not return, and I have to run a full diagnostic and sound calibration test with the Creative software in order to restore the sound. I tried disabling the ASUS SoundMax audio driver, but the problem remains. I know I can simply use the Creative sound controls with no ill effect, but I'd like to resolve the conflict.
