Hi,
I have logitech keyboard (newtouch keyboard 200). Its been only 3 months and 6 of its keys are not working( w,s,x, caps lock, f1) and usage is also not very rough.
Other than being disapponted with logitech, problem is that it costs 350 rupees and if i send it to service centre through the local store it will cost me about 200 rupees. Spending 200 on a 350 product..doesnt seem to be wise.
Whats the point of warranty on products which on servicing wil cost you as much as a new one?
I think going for costly brand like logitech( for keyboard only) i can buy some cheap brand for 150 rupees and im sure it will last a year too.
Regards

Warranty terms probably vary from place to place. In the UK, Logitech pays all of the carriage costs.
Raise this with your local support people. Might be better than dealing with a retailer.
