I have Classic Keyboard 200(Y-SAH83,YUR83(one of these model). F1, W, S, X keys are not working, earlier i thought the issue is with the keyboard itself but yesterday i did a system restore after which all keys were working fine, but after sometime
same keys again stopped working.
Has anyone faced similar issue? the issue seems to be with windows xp ...what can i do to resolve this issue ?
Thanks and Regards,

Try your Classic Keyboard 200 in safe mode, to do that follow these steps:
1. Reboot your computer
2. When the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu". Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and then press Enter.
Note: With some computers, if you press and hold a key as the computer is booting you will get a stuck key message. If this occurs, instead of pressing and holding the "F8 key", tap the "F8 key" continuously until you get the startup menu.
I hope this information helps.

I tested it in safe mode but its not working in it too. Even in bios "num lock" key works but caps lock doesnt. Earlier today it started working in afternoon but then after i left it off for sometime, it again stopped working.
As it wasnt working in bios too i think problem isnt in windows xp. Anything else i should try ?
Thanks for your reply. Anything else i should try ?

Have you try the Classic Keyboard 200 with a different computer?

We need for you to test the Classic Keyboard 200 with another computer to isolate the cause. Once you try the keyboard with another computer test if it has the same reaction, if it does, you can contact the Logitech Customer Support team for further assistance with this, click here.
