Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

My Logitech keybord was working this morning and now it is not. I have re connected it and restarted my computer and changed the batteries.Nothing works. It is connected to the computer by usb. I am using windows 7.I did nothing strange or uploaded anything. What can I do to fix it?
