Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

My brand new LogiTech iPad keyboard has developed an interesting problem: whenever I strike a key, whether it be alpha or numerical or punctuation .....that particular character does a RUN ON enter and just continues to enter numerous repetative times and will continue running & entering that particular character until I strike any key on the keyboard, then the running character stops ??????????? as in: if I type the letter K, the bar takes off entering KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK ....are you following me ?? I only have to strike whatever key ONE TIME, and then off and running that particular character goes ??????

DID I ACTIVATE SOME FEATURE I AM NOT AWARE OF ?? OR IS MY BRAND NEW LOGITECH IPAD KEYBOARD DEFECTIVE ??? Any and all insight, fixes, comments or questions welcome please ...thanks for the assist everyone !!!

Hello Janey,

 Please try resetting the iPad . Hold down the connect button to reset the keyboard and then reconnect .

I have the same problem on my keyboard, and it seems to be common on the internet. I unpaired and retried the connection following your instructions, but it did not fix the problem. I will have to take the keyboard back to Best Buy. It's too bad, because I like it otherwise.

I had the same problem, but after investigating online I realized I should reboot the ipad. I pushed "ON" and "HOME" at the same time and turned it off, and then pushed "ON" until it rebooted. I turned the keyboard on, and voila, no repeating characters. Really strange...

I'm currently having the same problem and resetting the ipad does not work.

I keep finding new "unsupported" functions..=)  

I have experienced the running Key input problem as well.

Today I found a new one...every button i press just does a screen capture.  My camera roll ended up with 10 images of the website i was on...=)

Turning the Keyboard ON / OFF turned it back to normal again..=(
