Kind of annoying. It's still under warranty, I bought it in October 2010. Cleaned it regularly. Now all of a sudden Tab stops working.
Should I RMA it? Or will Logitech try to snowball me?

I suggest testing the K120 on a different computer, if the issue follows the keyboard, this would indicate a hardware issue. Please contact Logitech Customer Care for your region. Based on your posted date of purchase, your K120 should still be covered by warranty.
