Hi,
The title pretty much says it all.
I have a 7 day old Dell Inspiron 545 with Windows Vista (home premium) and a logitech MX 3200 keyboard/mouse combo that came with the machine (I upgraded because I wanted this keyboard/mouse). Every time (since the day I've had the PC) I turn it on, the first thing that appears on my screen is an error message regarding SetPoint and it's absolute refusal to co-operate with my PC.
I can't use the software at all and obviously can't customise the keyboard and mouse as I want to, I have tried uninstalling the software then reinstalling, updating the drivers and I am having no luck what-so-ever!!
I have spoken with Dell who (in their usual fashion) have given me the number for Logitech support and basically told me to get on with it.
I'm new to Vista, haven't spoken to Logitech yet as it's out of hours now, but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue and if anyone has any advice. I have a feeling Logitech support is going to be about as helpful as Dell..
Any advice appreciated.. thanks to anyone who reads/replies.
Laura
