You provide very little information to go on, so this could take time.

Is SetPoint installed?

Is the unifying receiver in the PC?

Have you run the unifying software?

Just another customer with time on their hands.

K800, K480, K360, K340 keyboards
QuickCam Pro 9000 | H600 headset
SetPoint: 6.61.15 | Driver version: 5.60.73 | LWS 2.31
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit & 32-bit | Windows 8.1 Update

Re: Logitech k360 not working on windows 7

SetPoint is installed and the unifying receiver is in the PC.

However the unifying software does not recognise the unifying receiver(windows device manager recognise the unifying receiver)

Also in the windows 7 pc that the keyboard works fine Setpoint in not installed. I just put the unifying receiver in the pc and everything ok.
