So a really weird one here, i have the solar powered keyboard and mouse and everything was working perfectly until yesterday i left my laptop and it went into sleep mode and when i turned it back on the keyboard wouldn't type not only would it not let me type but the keyboard on my laptop wouldn't type either.
I restarted numerous of times and took out the usb and put it back in and still the same issue, it won't let me type but when i hit the keys it makes the same noise as when your press backspace and it has no more typing to remove.
I figured out that to make the keyboard work i had to turn it off then on and then hit and hold the solar panel button twice for it to let me type? But then if i don't use the keyboard for 15 mins or so it's like it times out and turns itself off, it's very bizarre and extremely frustrating as i work a lot on photoshop and really need it to work!
My mouse works perfect fine, any ideas?

I also tried the unifying software but when it asks me to turn off the keyboard and turn it back on it doesn't connect or recognise it's there.

Let me ask you, are you referring to the Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750?
This might be a hardware failure, let me suggest testing the mouse on a different computer. If the issue persist, you can contact our Phone Support team in your are for further assistance.
