Looking for a discontinued keyboard

I'm trying to find a logitech wave wired keyboard. I used to own one but it has gone missing in a move and I want to replace it. I have seen reviews of the wireless model having a lot of key lag and would prefer to stay wired altogether for the keyboard. However after searching the web for about two hours, I cannot seem to find a viable store online selling it or even a store that would have it in stock. I currently use a G11 but it's too big and not comfortable overall.

If anyone has an idea of a place that may sell it new or refurbished please let me know. I am trying to avoid used only because some people really can't take care of their stuff.

You don't say? /Sarcasm

That was an unhelpful post by your support group as I already stated I couldn't find it for sale by any of the normal vendors. My post was asking other users if they come across a seller of one to please let me know. Your wired keyboards are lacking in the ergonomics department and it would be helpful if you could bring that up to someone who can do something about it.

Reviews are very subjective and rarely carried out in a scientific manner. Just look at the variation in the reviews on Amazon.

As a last resort, you could see if there is a keyboard that you like the look of and then carry out your own tests. If you don't like it, send it back.

For what it is worth, I have used more than half a dozen different Logitech wireless keyboards over the years – currently running with a K800, K340 and K360 – and lag has never been an issue.

Re: Looking for a discontinued keyboard

thanks for your input on the subjectiveness they tend to be, i actually have an mx revolution i love but i will have to put down soon due to battery not charging anywhere near as long anymore and the contacts going out too, but it always had great reception. im using an M705 mouse now and it stops sending at times and has a terrible scroll wheel but it gets the job done. I tried replacing my G11 with a K400 but will see how long it takes to get used to the small layout on it. My quest continues to find a wired wave keyboard as it is the one keyboard i know will fit all of my needs and be responsive for some time to come.
