Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Just bought the mk 550 combo today.

Sometimes when I'm just beginning to type, the keyboard will enter "=" symbol as the first letter that I type, no matter what key i'm pushing.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

Hello kalailyliani,

I would suggest try resetting the keyboard by taking the batteries out. With the batteries out type on the keyboard for approx. 10-15 seconds. Put the batteries back in and try it out.
