I bought a new MK320 wireless keyboard and mouse. (not even 24 hrs old). Everything was working fine yesterday. But today, the keyboard stopped working. Mouse works perfectly. So I took it to the shop where I bought it. Sttrangely it was working for him. So I thought its some problem with my laptop. Then I tried 3 of my desktops and 1 more laptop, its not working in any of these. Mouse works perfectly though. I tried replacing batteries, restarting, downloading logitech connect... nothing seems to give a solution.

The battery didn't fit properly. The dealer had removed the cells and put it again, when I was travelling back, the battery had slipped again. Now its working!

I had the same problem after about 2 years of use. Called tech support 686-454-3200, but I had done everything they suggested. My keyboard was still under warrenty, so they are sending me a new one (7-10 days).
