I assume that you have visited this page.

The usual advice is to contact the support people wherever you are. You don't say. This is important because spares seem to be available in some markets but not others.

In the UK, we shop at the Spare Parts Store.

no I had not seen that page, however it's only the AC adapter not the dongle.
