Just installed 4.60 setpoint. Everything works except the LCD display.???

Smooth mouse!!! I had the 1st gen of the MX revolution and had to add Silicon feet to make it smooth on my mousepad, this new mouse comes with them already! NICE & SILKY SMOOTH!

 So far I love this product!!!!

Hi,

When you insert the batteries in the keyboard before connecting it to your computer, the LCD should display 'No date & time'. Just to confirm, this does not occur but the keyboard works fine?

it never did light up or say anything. I will try other batteries & let you know.

Thought it was the batteries but I put new charged rechargables and still nothing going with the LCD. Might just send it back for replacement.

I just bought MX5500 and installed 4.60 software update. I can't set time and date function. It does say "no time & date".

Rest of keyboard works fine, I thinl I have not taxed all areas yet, but what I have tried works ok.

Maybe there is a secret on setting time and date function.

Would appreciate help. waited 10-15 minutes on phone waiting for tech help from customer support., no body ever did answer.

Hi jiannu,

If nothing comes on at all on the LCD, please return the keyboard for a replacement.

It should sync the time & date from your PC's time & date automatically.

I'm having the exact same issue,

No light on the LCD although the Temp and Keystroke functions work. There is no synce from my computer to the keyboard thus all the favourites are blank, it displays No Inbox, No Time & Date, and No Media.

I also just installed Set point 4.60 64 bit, hoping that would resolve it, but nope not at all. Everything else works fine except the LCD.

Edit: Just been playing in Set point settings, and when I select display temp in C or F and click apply, it still stays in C on the keyboard, and when I click on the test sound button for alert preferences there isn't one. Its like the keyboard can talk to the PC, but the PC can't talk to the Keyboard.

Please try the steps already suggested on this thread. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support to make a warranty claim.
