Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hey guys, i just registered to this forums after i bought my mx 5500 revolution keyboard and mouse combo at a boxing day sale XD

I just have one small problem.  The mx revolution mouse that i got has a black search button instead of a silver one, and the side scroll wheel doesnt have a metallic finish (it has a tacky grey color).

Is this the way the mouse is suppose to be?  because if it isn't, i want to go get an exchange before its too late =S
