MX5000 & MX5500 side by side

I am about to invest in a MX5500 mouse and keyboard combo but before I do so I would like to make sure that the new one's Bluetooth will not conflict with the old one. The BT receivers will be less than 10ft appart. Anyone have a similar setup? Any override issues from one keyboard or mouse to another or can they co-exist side by side?
