Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Just as the subject says. My MX5500 Bluetooth connection agent firmware will not update from version 1.0.89 to 1.1.92. After repeated attempts I feel this firmware may be bugged. Or if anyone knows a trick to get it to update please let me know. Whenever I try to update is says it's updating and then reverts back to the initial update screen without updating.

And I don't know why everyone is complaining about this product because I have had no issues with this product except for this present one.
