Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I just notices that my On Screen notifications are no longer functioning. i.e. caps lock etc.

I double checked my settings and the boxes are ticked as they should be but it just stopped working.

Running Windows 7 and setpoint version 6.32.7.

Any one having issues?  Fixes??

Perhaps someone from Logitech can chime in here? Has this feature been removed from this version of setpoint perhaps?

Can someone perhaps let me know what is the last version the feature was available on if it has indeed been removed from 6.3.2.

On-screen notifications are still there with my latest version of SetPoint.

To confirm that it is a version thing, you can always get earlier versions of SetPoint from the FTP site:

• ftp://ftp.logitech.com//pub/techsupport/mouse

To be honest, while I do try to keep up to date with versions of SetPoint not much seems to change between versions. So, it an earlier version does work, you probably won't lose much.

Do you have all windows 7 updates installed? maybe an update broke mine?

Fully up to date with Windows 7 64-bit.

Same behaviour in my Win 7 32-bit machine.

Again, different hardware.

It would seem that no version above 4.80 displays the on screen notifications. As you said not much difference between versions so I'll keep 4.80 until Logitech decides to look into this.

As soon as I tried version 6.0 the on screen display dissapears. I tried 2 more version 6 releases and same issue no onscreen display.

I don't see any releaselog for the newer versions so I don't really know what has changed, except that 4.80 is over 60mb where version 6 releases are just around 20mb.

Seems to be Logitech's way of doing things. There's never much of a clue as to what, and why, the changes are.
