Hi I had purchased a Key/mouse combo for brand mk220. The keyboard is working fine. But the mouse is not functional, though the scroll, Left and right buttons do function. I have tried running the connect utility but not succeeded. Also tried changing batteries. Pls help

Hello raymoferns,
Please ensure your USB receiver is plugged directly in to your computers USB port and not in to a pass through device such as a USB hub. Remove the batteries from the mouse, and with the batteries removed press the left and right mouse button repeatedly for approximately 15 seconds. This will cause any residual power to be drained from the mouse causing it to be reset. Install fresh new batteries and test your mouse again. If your problem persists, please contact Customer Care for your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement. If you currently reside in North America, please feel free to contact me via private message. The MK220 does come with a three year warranty.
I hope this helps you out.
Sincerely,
