Does it do this on another PC?
How about different applications? (Word can do weird stuff, try Notepad.)
Is Windows set up for the right Keyboard?
>>Control Panel
>>Region and Language
>>Keyboards and Languages tab
Checking these will rule out various issues and will help a real expert to offer better advice.

<<<Does it do this on another PC?>>
Yes, I tried on my personal Laptop and Desktop. On the both machines, I have same problem.
<<How about different applications? (Word can do weird stuff, try Notepad.>>
Keyboard is behaving same the way on both the editors(word/notepad)
<<Is Windows set up for the right Keyboard?>>
Yes, I am using right language and regional settings both on my Laptop and Keyboard.
This Logitech product was purchased less than a year ago :-(
Is there any thing else you can help me out with?
Thanks in-advance

Less than a year old means it should still be under warranty. I'd contact the local support people and see what they can offer.
This isn't the place for that sort of support.
Where I am (UK) there is a "Contact Us" option in "Support". Try that. It worked for me.
