Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

I recently bought a Logitech Wireless Desktop EX 110, and when I plug in the receiver it shows up as a unknown device. I have tryed several methods, and would be very thankful if you could help me.

(I couldn't log on to name so iI made a new one)

Well I changed the batteries, I downloaded a unknown device finder, I reinstalled the cd 5 times, I tryed to plug the reciever in while I was on the computer. I just want to know why my computer is picking up the reciever as a nknown device. Also how to I start making this work.

Hi,

Please try plugging the receiver into a different USB port and reconnecting the keyboard/mouse. If that doesn't work, please try using the EX110 with a different computer to verify if it is a hardware problem.

I tryed it with my windows xp, and yet the same problem still appears.

In that case, it is possible that the receiver it defective. Please e-mail Customer Support for further assistance (and possible warranty replacement).
