Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Built a new system with Windows 7 64 bit   Had bought separately the Wave K350 and ,Marathon Mouse 705.  Installed software (setpoint 4.80a3) the KB and mouse seemed to be ok for a while but I was having a least once a day a hard hang on the OS.   I chased some tail for a while until it pointed toward a possible conflict with the mouse KB and software.  I did down load the SetPoint 6. 32 and install to upgrade.  A different hang issue (coming out of sleep) was created.

Well, now, I did a re-install of Windows and am putting things back on the system.   However, the OS is not recognizing the dongel, not installing the menu for adjustments of the KB or the mouse.   Nothing except the barest of the tools menu which refers to support.  I do have the Unifying software but it does not recognize the dongel.

Hi psyunkooki,

It sounds to me like the receiver is defective, I would suggest testing it on another computer for the same problem, if it happened, that would confirm it.

In that case please just contact customer support in your region for a replacement.
