Keyboards and Keyboard/Mice Combo Sets

Hi,

I'm using MK250 wireless mouse and keyboard and recently it has problem. My notebook keeps informing me every minute that the USB device not recognized. There is no other usb device connected to my notebook except the usb wireless recevier. I tried to switch the usb port but it sitll doen't work. 

If it's the problem with usb receiver, what should I do?

Hello war_or,

If you have tried it on multiple USB ports or even a different PC and have the same problem, I would suggest contacting support within your region to get a replacement receiver.
