Hi all,
I hope you can help me with a problem with mit S510 Keyboard:
The keyboard stoped working three days ago. The battery-LED is constantly green, which I think was not the case in the past. As long as I press the connect-button the LED wents off.
I use Windows XP with standard keyboard drivers, because I can not install software on my office-notebook . The mouse is working perfectly.
Here is what I tried to fix this:
- trying to reconnect to leyboard with the IR receiver (prob. didn't work because the IR receiver did not stop blinking)
- unplug and reconnect the IR receiver
- put batteries our of keyboard and mouse for 2 minutes and pressing buttons
- put the IR receiver in another USB port
Please: any hints? I really would like to continue using this keyboard...
Best,
Tobias
