S520 Keyboard Calculator/Volume Buttons Stops Working

I recently re-installed Windows 7, and although Windows recognizes the keyboard, the calculator function no longer opens the calculator. The volume buttons also no longer work.  These keys worked on my prior installation of Windows 7.  Also, I do not have setPoint installed. I never have for this keyboard.  Can someone help? Thank you!

Re: S520 Keyboard Calculator/Volume Buttons Stops Working

Hello RHP7,

Have you tried plugging the receiver into a different USB port ? Sometimes just reinitializing the connection will solve this kind of issue. If possible please test the keyboard on a different computer .

I have tried plugging the keyboard into a different port, and it still doesn't work. However, it does work on another computer.

Re: S520 Keyboard Calculator/Volume Buttons Stops Working

Hello RHP7,

Since the issue does not follow the keyboard , this indicates that the problem is with in the operating system.  This could be due to UAC (user access controls) being set very high.
