Hi!

I have updated Set Point to 6.20 and now I have a really big problem. My keyboard started to loose connection with the receiver.  This happens every minute or even more often and it is very annoying. I have moved the receiver near the keyboard and the problem persists. The batteries are not depleted and sadly not even reinstalling the 6.15 version revolved it.

I have an MX5500 keyboard.

Please help me.

P.S.  My keyboard had lost connection for 5 times while typing this message

Me too... my mutimedia hot keys used to function flawlessly.. but now...

whenever there's 2 different multimedia files opened (one music and one video) it crashed.

play/pause, stop, previous and next key totally crashed... can't be  used at all!!!

it used to fix to music software when i open multiple multimedia softwares at the same time...

i certainly need some help here!

I've been having problems with pressing the scroll wheel when playing games.  In Left 4 Dead 2, I can't use the scroll wheel to zoom in, I can scroll up and down but pressing the scroll wheel won't do anything.

This is the worst feature added.

I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why after i updated setpoint everytime i used the middle clik to open a link in a new tab the window would scroll up making me miss the link when the click was reconized on my Performance Mouse MX.

Throwing a grenade was even worse in COD4, after disabling that everything went back to normal, it should not be enabled by default after instalation.

Also please change the Application Switcher back to the one from Setpoint 4.8.  When using dual monitors with Setpoint 4.8 the Application Switcher kept the windows on their respective screens when it was used. Windows on monitor 1 stayed on monitor 1 same with monitor 2 so at a glance i knew what window was on what screen, now it just forces them over to the main screen leaving some of them right in the middle of where the dual monitors meet.

Same thing happening to me.  I type in and no responses and like seconds later, all that I typed comes out.  So I don't think it's connection issue.  It's the software that's not reacting to my keystrokes fast enough.  I need the fix right away.

Just confirming with others here that after updating to the latest Setpoint software (v6.20.64 which displays v6.20.50 when you check the properties - go figure!?) my middle mouse button doesn't work properly. When I try to middle click a link to open in a new tab, 9/10 times it doesn't work and sometimes it'll scroll up and down randomly.

Please fix this annoying bug ASAP Logitech.

I can't even install the 6.2 version on my Vista 32-bit machine since it crashes immediately after selecting the Next > button on the installer.

Need help with Setpoint...6.2 ... will stop working once computer goes into hybernation state.

Thought it was Norton Anti-virus but I turned it off.

Any thoughts on how to fix?

i have Logitech anywhere MX . I install setpoint 6.20 (win 7) and now I can not work normally because when i scroll in outlook my mail I jump in one movement directly through the 6-7 letters. i have Microsoft Office 2007. In Word its normal scrolling at 1 line
