Is there a new SetPoint Release in the works, to fix the bug in the Keyboard section of the Setpoint program, where Browse is missing to add a Webpage to the Setpoint Function Key of Open a Webpage?

Yeah, I have a problem that no one else has mentioned yet. I am trying to install the new setpoint on a new computer, and when I run the installer it is just a big blank white screen with two radio buttons on it. Nothing else at all. If I try to close that window, then a second, smaller blank white box shows up. Neither is closeable without involving task manager. I had this version of SetPoint installed on a previous computer, and never had any issues.
For the record, I have tried downloading it again.
Can anyone help me? I can't install this at all.

Hi jnk2469,
Simply put, when that happens, is because the memory sticks are bad or not inserted properly, or you forgot to disable your Anti-virus protection.
You mentioned a new computer. You haven't mentioned the operating system, its version or Service Pack Level.

i have the same problem as jnk2469 with the set point 6.22. its just a white page. i downloaded the full install and the set point installer.
I have a win7 clean install. service pact 1.
i did this even before i installed my anti-virus. so i would say that, with or with out anti virus. it doesnt work. and amount the memory sticks? i dont think that this is a problem since i did a clean install. the Logitech Gaming Software 7.0 for my G19 doesnt have any problems when i installed it.

Hello everyone,
I installed "Setpoint620_x64.exe" on 28 PCs with Windows 7 Professional 64bit, but when i log off the user o shutdown the OS, i riceve this error on every PC:
SetPoint.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7203333a" referenced memory at "0x02a8ded8". The memory could not be "read".
I have 28 "Mouse M705" and 28 "Keyboard K750".
I tried to install "setpoint622_smart.exe" but the problem persists.
Anybody else have this problem?
Thank you for the support.

Windows 7 Pro x64
Tried to install 6.20 over 4.80 after the last Microsoft update and your software installs but there is no logitech dongle and therefore no keyboard or mouse.
I don't expect Microsoft cares, so I guess I eagerly await 6.30 and I'll go read my Kindle for a few weeks.

Regards,
I think between yesterday and today, they snuck this fix in windows update, b/c after restoring to a point a few days ago, I got back in and working, but then it applied 6 updates, and when I restarted it was still working (though my 4.80 was broken), so I did another restore point, then installed 6.20, and I'm rocking again.
Thanks!

Now that it's been a week since the MS Patch disaster, and I'm working again, I do have a risidual problem, presumably with the new drivers (and I'm not sure where to go to report it or get much needed emotional support
)
The computer in question, we'll call my 'game rig'. It sits in the living area connected to the TV, and runs 24/7. Does nightly Ghost backups, serves as a Play-On server and general media server, and (as I work from home) will sometimes see a few virtual servers spun up on it during the day.
Since I resolved the other issues and installed 6.20, it worked when I first configured it. I set the wheel button to be a 'middle click' and the square button on the back (which normally does a search) is now a double-click. My wheel speed is set to 3 lines per click.
I have the MX5500 combo.
That works fine and dandy through the day, but every morning when I come out and sit down at it (this morning included), the wheel is slow (as if only set to 1 line) and neither of those 2 button customizations seems to be working. The mouse speed seems fine.
Yesterday I removed some lingering Microsoft Intelliwhatever 8 drivers, just to make sure I wasn't getting any weird conflict there.
Rebooting seems to help, but that is rather extreme. I was using 4.8 drivers for the longest time, and never had this problem.
Actually, as I'm typing this and thinking about 'what' the Microsoft patch broke, I'm beginning to wonder if maybe they added some new, power-saving USB sleep mode (beyond what they had) which might be causing it to maybe not fully wake up, or otherwise get out of sync? It's strange to me that the 'speed' is still there, I just lose the 2 custom button settings I had and the wheel scroll speed.
Any help appreciated, and please feel free to move me to the appropriate forum if this is a bad place for my question.
Edit: It appears I can exit the SetPoint application and restart it and that is enough to 'touch' the mouse without rebooting, restoing my customized functionality. While far less painful than rebooting, still annoying.
