I've searched these forums and haven't found a definitive answer for this, so apologies to all if it's out there and I just missed it.
I've got the MX3100 keyboard and mouse combo. I used to run Setpoint on Windows XP, but I never completely configured the hardware. Now I have Windows 7 Professional and I want to try again.
I downloaded setpoint620_x64.exe and installed. The process seemed to complete successfully, but there were no mouse or keyboard tabs for configuring when I ran Setpoint. I rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled half a dozen times, but nothing seems to work. Is there a trick to this that I'm missing? Maybe previous versions of Setpoint are more compatible with the 64-bit OS?
Again, the install seems to go through, and I even get to the screen that asks if I want to register my product. Nothing is crashing; it's just that my tabs aren't showing up. Thanks in advance.
John

Obviously SetPoint software doesn't recognize the kbd + mouse you have attached. It will only display these tabs if it detects a Logitech device, not for others.
My only guess would be that you have a "custom" driver for your mouse + kbd - this could make SetPoint not recognize the HW. Try replacing the driver manually with a hand selected logitech driver or a "standard" keyboard driver.
It's definitely not Win7 64 bit. I have the same OS (Home premium though) and it works just fine.
